Some herbs that are suggested as a natural cure for sinus infection include Echinacea and Good Seal, both of which help to boost a person’s immunity and so to help fight the sinusitis. Ma Huang, another alternative medicine works to unplug a blocked nose. This herb can be taken in tea form. To reduce the swelling eyebright works well as does garlic. Remember that anything that is used for an adult who is suffering from sinusitis can also be used on a child. But, you must lower the does for children. Sometimes the best remedies for kids are in the form of candies that can be sucked on. Ones that contain zinc can be very useful.
